Dr. Stephanie Slavik

Veterinarian

Dr. Stephanie Slavik was born and raised in Sturgeon Bay, WI. She attended the University of Wisconsin Madison and received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science. There, she also completed her Veterinary Medicine degree. Graduating in 2006, she joined the staff at Country View Animal Hospital. Her special interests include surgery, dentistry and preventative medicine. In her spare time Dr. Slavik enjoys spending time with her beautiful children (twin son and daughter) Keaton and Ellison, family and friends. Personal interests include running, cycling, kayaking, cooking, reading, hiking with her dogs and home improvement projects. She shares her home with Abe, a Golden Retriever/Schnauzer, Shep, a Doxipoo mix, Vivian, a golden retriever and her three cats, Benny, Herschel and Polly.
