Dr. Randy DeDecker

Veterinarian

Dr. Randy DeDecker was born and raised in Appleton, WI. After receiving his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, he attended the University of Wisconsin Madison School of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1988. Dr. DeDecker has been the owner of Country View Animal Hospital since 2003. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Nancy, and their Standard Poodle, Annie.

Dr. Stephanie Slavik

Veterinarian

Dr. Stephanie Slavik was born and raised in Sturgeon Bay, WI. She attended University of Wisconsin Madison and received her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology-Exercise Science. There, she also completed her Veterinary Medicine degree, graduating in 2006, then joined the staff at Country View Animal Hospital. Special interests include surgery, dentistry and preventative medicine. In her spare time Dr. Slavik enjoys spending time with family and friends, running, cycling, kayaking, cooking, hiking with her dogs and home improvement projects. She shares her home with Abe, a Golden Retriever/Schnauzer, Vivian, a golden retriever and her three cats, Benny, Herschel and Polly.

Dr. Lindsay Schultz

Veterinarian

Dr. Lindsay Schultz is originally from Oshkosh, WI. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and attended veterinary school at University of Wisconsin Madison. Dr. Schultz joined the Country View Animal Hospital team in June of 2015. Outside of work, she loves exploring the beautiful trails and parks of Wisconsin with her husband and their sweet 3-legged dog Jason. She also enjoys running in races, reading, vegetarian cooking, traveling and working on home projects. Dr. Schultz has special interests in preventative medicine and education and looks forward to meeting you and your pets!

Dr. Judie Walker

Veterinarian

Dr. Judie Walker was raised in Loraine, IL. At Illinois state University, she earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. She completed her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003 and joined the Staff at Country View Animal Hospital in March 2019. Dr. Walker has special interests in preventative medicine, surgery, canine reproduction and client education. She currently lives in Hilbert with her husband and their five Persian cats- Blizzie, Belmont, Truffles, Morsel, and Mai Tai. They also have a Tennessee Walking Horse-Pokey, a Missouri Foxtrotter-Smokey, and a standardbred Kentucky Mt. Cross-Whiskey (pictured). She enjoys horseback riding, camping, bowling, snowmobiling, and fishing.

Dr. Megan Marcks

Veterinarian

Dr. Megan Marcks was born and raised in Green Bay, WI. She attended University of Wisconsin – River Falls and received her Bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. Dr. Marcks graduated with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Veterinary Medicine in 2020, then joined the staff at Country View Animal Hospital. Her special interests are surgery, ultrasound, and preventative medicine. She enjoys spending time on her husband’s dairy farm, reading, and spending time with family and friends. They share their home with their cat, Pudge.

Dr. Beth Rades

Veterinarian

Dr. Beth Rades was born and raised in Pella, WI. Growing up with cats, pocket pets, reptiles, and fish, she had always known she wanted to be a veterinarian. She graduated from UW – Stevens Point in 2015 and attended UW – Madison’s School of Veterinary Medicine, graduating in 2020. Beth enjoys playing piano, archery, and loves everything outdoors, including backpacking, kayaking, snowmobiling, and foraging. Her veterinary interests include preventative medicine, and especially hospice and end-of-life care. She lives in the area with her fiancé and her cat, Marvin. They can’t wait to adopt their first dog and start a hobby farm together.

Dr. Margaret Hietpas

Veterinarian

Dr. Margaret (Meg) Hietpas grew up in Appleton, WI. She graduated from University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she received both her Bachelor of Science degree in zoology and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Dr. Hietpas has special interests in preventative medicine, canine and feline behavior, and surgery. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys being with her family and friends, playing the piano and violin, travelling, and spending time outside, especially at her family’s cabin in northern Wisconsin. She has two beloved dogs: Bailey, an Australian Cattle Dog, and Lucy, a Golden Retriever.
